What is the process of becoming accredited?

Becoming accredited involves undergoing our assessment process.

Assessment is based on on-site observations, an online assessment, evidence-gathering and confidential interviews with a cross-section of people from across the organisation. This process seeks to establish in depth what it is like to work for your organisation. The results of this evidence are then measured against a best practice framework from which accreditation is decided.

At the end of the process, you will receive a report from your IIP Practitioner in which your practitioner will determine your accreditation level, benchmark performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and higher accreditation.
